1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Pastel (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The Service

Pastel lets you browse, generate, and color digital coloring pages. Some features require a paid subscription (“Pastel Pro”). AI image generation consumes credits granted with your subscription.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase and auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the App prior to purchase.

4. User Content & Generated Images

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the images you generate. Do not create content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Pages you mark as public may be shown in the App and on this website.

5. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App. Coloring pages downloaded from Pastel are for personal, non-commercial use unless stated otherwise.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY NAME] is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
